This is the English version of this document. A Spanish version is also published on this website. Where the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails, because it is the version drafted under Spanish law.
The full identification details of the owner and the general terms of use of the Website are set out in the legal notice.
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser in order to remember a choice, keep a technical feature working or measure how a page is used. This policy also covers browser local storage, which performs an equivalent function and is subject to the same information and consent rules under Article 22(2) LSSI-CE.
This policy declares every cookie and every browser storage item that the Website uses with visitors. Cookies that WordPress creates for people with an administrator account on the Website, such as wp-settings-time, are not set for visitors and are therefore not part of this declaration.
Before you make a choice in the cookie notice, the Website sets no cookies at all.
The only thing loaded at that point is Google reCAPTCHA v3, the security measure protecting the contact form. reCAPTCHA v3 creates no cookies: it stores the technical key _grecaptcha in your browser’s local storage. This is technical storage necessary for the security of the form. Its legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent submissions and spam, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google acts as the provider of this security service, so using it involves a disclosure of technical data to Google. reCAPTCHA is not used for audience or advertising purposes.
As long as no choice has been saved, the Website neither downloads nor runs the Google tag (Google Analytics 4 and conversion attribution), the Meta pixel or Microsoft Clarity, so no request at all is sent to those providers from your browser. If you reject the non essential categories, those tools never load.
When you arrive at the Website, a notice appears with three options placed within the same notice and at the same level: “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” and “Manage preferences”. Rejecting is just as easy as accepting.
The categories are:
The two non essential categories can be accepted or rejected independently under “Manage preferences”. Your choice is stored in the first party cookie elelyon_cookie_consent for 12 months, in the format analytics=0|1&ads=0|1, with the Secure and SameSite=Lax attributes.
After choosing, you can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” button that stays visible on the Website. When you withdraw analytics or advertising permission, the implementation deletes the Google cookies present in your browser, that is those beginning with _ga and _gcl_, and the tools in the withdrawn category stop loading. Meta and Microsoft Clarity cookies already set stop receiving data and expire on their own within the periods shown in the tables; they can also be deleted from your browser settings.
The Website uses Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate your choice to Google’s services. Before you choose, the default states are: analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied, and functionality_storage and security_storage granted. The implementation waits 500 milliseconds for your choice to be applied before continuing, and switches on advertising data redaction for as long as advertising consent is absent.
The Google tag is not downloaded unless the “Analytics” or the “Advertising” category is accepted. As a result, anyone who rejects cookies is not counted in Google Analytics in any form, not even through cookieless modelled measurement.

_gcl_ls |
Browser local storage | Google Ireland Limited | Technical conversion attribution key associated with the same Google Analytics 4 to Google Ads link | Remains until you clear the site data in your browser |
The Website installs no Google Ads tag of its own. There is no Google Ads conversion identifier anywhere on the Website, and the _gcl_au and _gcl_ls items come solely from the link between Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, as explained in section 8.
Analytics and advertising cookies are created only after the relevant category has been accepted. If you reject the non essential categories, only the first party consent cookie remains, together with the technical storage used by reCAPTCHA and Elementor.
The Website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-1GT637BR6T. Its purpose is to measure how the site is used: visits, pages viewed, sessions and technical browser and device data. The tag is downloaded only after the “Analytics” or the “Advertising” category has been accepted.
In the property configuration, retention is 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data, with user retention reset on new activity. Google Signals is switched off, so no personalised advertising features based on the visitor’s Google account data are activated.
Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), identifier 1072871965292563. Measures the performance of Facebook and Instagram ads. It records the PageView event on every page of the Website and the Lead event on the two thank you pages shown after the contact form is sent. It loads only after the “Advertising” category has been accepted; with that category rejected, nothing is downloaded or sent. It sets the _fbp cookie and, where the visit comes from an ad carrying the fbclid parameter, also _fbc.
Google Ads conversion attribution (Google Ireland Limited). The Website contains no Google Ads tag of its own. Campaign conversions are imported from Google Analytics 4 into Google Ads through the key event ads_conversion_Gracias_1, using the link configured between the two accounts. That link is what sets _gcl_au and _gcl_ls, and it depends on the “Advertising” category. If that category is rejected, there is no advertising measurement and no conversion attribution.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited), project ytlxapcjwn. This is a behavioural analytics tool: it records your interaction with the page on a pseudonymised basis, that is pointer movement, scrolling and clicks, and produces heatmaps and session recordings that help us understand which parts of the page work and improve them. It is not used to identify you personally and it is not used for advertising. It loads only after the “Analytics” category has been accepted. It sets the _clck and _clsk cookies. The Clarity account belongs to the owner of the Website.
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 in invisible mode, with the action “Form”. It is loaded from Google’s domains and assesses the risk of the interaction in order to prevent automated submissions, fraud and spam.
Unlike the analytics and advertising tools, reCAPTCHA loads before the cookie choice is made, because it is technical storage necessary for the security of the contact form. Its legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent submissions and spam, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. It sets no cookies: it stores the technical key _grecaptcha in your browser’s local storage. Using it involves a disclosure of technical data about the interaction and the device to Google, which acts as the provider of the service. It is not used for audience or advertising purposes.
The Manrope and Inter typefaces are served from the elelyondigital.com domain itself. No connection is made to Google’s font servers and no cookies are set for this reason.
The Website contains no social plugins, iframes or tags from Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Pinterest or LinkedIn, and it uses no TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads tags.
The floating WhatsApp button is a link: it sets no cookies and loads no Meta script on the Website. Pressing it opens the WhatsApp app or its web version, and from that moment the conversation is governed by Meta’s terms. How the data in that conversation are processed is explained in the Privacy policy.
When the “Analytics” or “Advertising” categories are accepted, international transfers of personal data to the United States take place: to Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, conversion attribution and reCAPTCHA v3), to Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta pixel) and to Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity).
These transfers rely on the EU and US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, to which those entities are certified. In addition, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission apply, as incorporated in each provider’s data processing terms.
Hosting and email for the Website are provided by Raiola Networks S.L. from Spain, so they involve no international transfer.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button on the Website. You can also block, delete or limit cookies and local storage from your browser settings:
If you delete the elelyon_cookie_consent cookie, the consent notice will appear again on your next visit. If you block all cookies, some features of the Website may not be available.
For any question about this cookie policy, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent, write to info@elelyondigital.com or to Betuel Paul Grozescu, Calle Boqueras 75, Almazora, Castellon, Spain.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the competent supervisory authority: www.aepd.es.
This policy is updated whenever the cookies, the browser storage, the similar technologies or the providers used by the Website change. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.
