This is the English version of this document. A Spanish version is also published on this website. Where the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails, because it is the version drafted under Spanish law.
In compliance with the duty of information set out in Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the details identifying the owner and provider of this website are as follows:
The Website operates under the brand Elelyon Digital.
Hosting for the Website, and the email service for the elelyondigital.com domain, are provided by Raiola Networks S.L., with servers located in Spain.
The Website is informational and serves as a point of contact. It presents Elelyon Digital as a multi platform digital marketing agency positioned as a specialist in advertising campaigns.
The Website describes paid advertising services on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. For LinkedIn Ads, targeting is described by job title, industry and company. It also presents, as services that may be considered case by case, web design, SEO, email marketing and automation, landing pages and conversion, and measurement and tracking.
Meta Ads is the main entry point of the offer. The channel mix is not decided automatically: the situation of the business is understood first, the case is studied, and a strategy is proposed in line with what is actually needed. The Website describes a first call to understand what is working and what is not, a free review of the case, and a second call to explain the full strategy and discuss price. The Website does not publish fixed rates.
The interactive features of the Website are the contact form and the floating WhatsApp button. How the data from both are processed is explained in the Privacy policy, and the cookies and browser storage used are listed in the Cookie policy.
Access to the Website is free of charge. Users undertake to use it lawfully and carefully, respecting the law, the rights of third parties and the proper operation of the Website itself.
The Website may not be used to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts, to interfere with its operation, to extract data without authorisation, to impersonate another person, or to send false or unlawful information through the contact form or the WhatsApp channel.
The Website offers no user accounts, private areas, public comments, subscriptions or automated purchasing system. Visiting its pages does not in itself create a commercial relationship or a services contract.
Elelyon Digital keeps the information on the Website clear and up to date. Content may change as the offer, the technology or the operation of the Website changes. The information published here does not replace the specific proposal prepared after a case has been studied.
The presence of a service on the Website does not mean that it is purchased automatically or that it is offered in every project. Strategy, scope and actions are agreed with each client after reviewing their situation.
The texts, photographs, illustrations, graphic elements, design, structure, code, logos and other content of the Website are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation, unless it is stated that they belong to a third party.
Where applicable, rights over third party assets remain with their owners and are used in accordance with the relevant licence or authorisation. The Elelyon Digital brand and wordmark must be kept intact.
Unless expressly authorised or covered by an applicable legal exception, the content of the Website may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed, publicly communicated, extracted or reused for commercial purposes, in whole or in part. Consultation and personal use of the information are permitted, provided the content is not altered and rights notices are not removed.
Requests relating to possible infringements of rights may be sent to info@elelyondigital.com, identifying the content concerned and the reason for the request.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the Website available and secure. No guarantee is given that access will be uninterrupted, that every feature will always be active, or that the Website will be free of errors, interruptions or harmful elements.
To the extent permitted by law, Betuel Paul Grozescu shall not be liable for damage arising from unlawful or improper use of the Website, from failures of telecommunications networks, or from events beyond his reasonable control. This limitation does not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
The Website includes links to external pages and services, including WhatsApp and Instagram. Those pages and services are not controlled by the owner of the Website and have their own controllers, content and terms. The presence of a link does not imply recommendation, endorsement or association with the destination. Users should review the terms and policies of the destination before using it or providing data.
The contact form, the floating WhatsApp button, the cookie preference system and the measurement tools used by the Website (Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel, conversion attribution through the link between Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Google reCAPTCHA v3) are described in the Privacy policy and in the Cookie policy.
Before the user makes a choice in the cookie notice, the Website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only third party technology loaded before that choice is Google reCAPTCHA v3, as a security measure for the contact form, as described in detail in both documents. The Privacy policy and the Cookie policy form part of the legal information of the Website.
The owner may change the presentation, the content, the services described and the terms of use of the Website where this becomes necessary because of changes in the project, in technology or in the applicable legislation. The applicable version is the one published on this page at any given time, with the last updated date shown at the top.
The relationship with users is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
Any dispute shall be heard by the courts and tribunals determined under the applicable rules of jurisdiction. No specific venue is imposed that could conflict with the mandatory rights of a consumer.
